Most websites launch in about two weeks from the day we receive your content. Larger automation projects take three to four weeks. We agree the timeline in writing before work starts.
Your logo, brand colors, service descriptions, photos and any text you want on the site. If you do not have these, we can help you prepare them.
Yes. Once the final payment is made, the design, content and code are yours. Domain and hosting accounts are set up in your name.
Domain and hosting are paid directly by you to the provider, usually a small yearly amount. Optional maintenance and chatbot subscriptions are quoted separately.
Yes. Calls are scheduled around your business hours, and we reply to messages within one business day.
Clear terms protect both sides. Please read them before booking.
A one-time fee of $50 reserves your project slot and is credited toward your final project price. $25 of it is refundable (see Refunds below); $25 covers the time reserved for you.
The booking fee counts toward the first 50% of the project price, due at kickoff. The remaining 50% is due before launch and handover of final files.
If you are not happy after the kickoff call and decide not to continue, tell us within 48 hours of the call and we refund $25 of the booking fee. The remaining $25 is non-refundable. Once the project is approved and work begins, all further payments are non-refundable.
Each plan includes the revision rounds listed on its card. Additional changes are quoted separately.
Delivery dates assume timely feedback and content from you. Delays on your side move the schedule.
You own the final website and its content after full payment. SSBS may show the work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Domains, hosting, paid plugins and chatbot or automation subscriptions are billed to you by their providers.
Details you send through our forms are used only to respond to you and deliver your project. We do not sell your data. Email hello@ssbssolution.com to request deletion.
